BAJFC can officially announce that 23yr old striker Matty Adam has left the club to continue his studies in teaching.
Matty, pictured left against Hill of Beath in September, only joined the Fed in September this year from Tayport and had scored just two goals in twelve appearances to date. After a long chat with the manager, he has decided to put his football to one side and concentrate on his studies in teaching. Matty had this to say after speaking with our Website Admin Team…
“It was a difficult decision and one I didn’t really want to make, to be honest. I’m doing my post-grad course to be a teacher and it’s a very demanding course. I’ve been struggling to commit to the football recently because of it so it really makes sense to prioritise my work at the moment. I’ve enjoyed my time at the club, it’s a great club to be involved with and I wish all the lads the very best for the rest of the season…”
Everyone at BAJFC would like to thank Matty for his time at the club and wish him all the very best for the future.
