Broughty Athletic dropped two points but still maintained their unbeaten start to the season as they drew 1-1 with Kennoway Star Hearts today at Treaton Park in the Super League.

Despite falling behind midway through the first half, the Fed had a chance to level matters on 39mins when Kevin Milne was brought down in the box and a penalty was awarded. Paul McLellan stepped up but saw his effort saved by the KSH keeper who was the star of the game, pulling off a string of top class saves.

But the Fed did equalise just before the halftime whistle, striker Kevin Milne getting his second goal in three games. The Fed pressed for a winner but the KSH keeper kept them at bay and secured his sides first point in the Super League.
