Broughty Athletic are pleased to announce that current on-loan Brechin City striker Kevin Buchan, has extended his loan at the club for the rest of the season.
Kevin joined The Fed at the end of October 2015, initially for a three month loan from Brechin City, but after starring for Broughty in the four games he’s played so far, scoring seven goals, the club were determined to hold on to him and struck a deal with his parent club, Brechin City, to keep him till the season end.
Broughty Athletic manager Keith Gibson spoke at training tonight of the extended loan deal…
“Absolutely delighted to have Kevin for the rest of the season. He’s a young proven goalscorer, gives 100% in every game he’s played, and knows how to score a goal or two. Hopefully, once we start getting games under our belts due to the recent call-offs, Kevin will progress more as a striker for our club and help us cement our place in the Super League. He’s young, keen and has plenty more to offer on the pitch and I’m delighted he’s decided to stay on and I thank him and Brechin City for making it happen…”

Everyone at BAJFC are delighted to have Kevin stay on at the club and wish him all the very best for the rest of the season.
