Broughty Athletic can confirm that striker Stewart McConnachie is available for transfer from the club.

Stewart joined the Fed back in the summer of 2015 from local side Dundee Violet and featured in the majority of the clubs games in the following two seasons. But with recent signings this season, permanent and loan signings, Stewart’s playing time has unfortunately been limited recently and a mutual agreement between the player and BAJFC interim manager Jamie McCunnie has brought this mutual outcome.

Speaking with Stewart, pictured above during the GA Cup final win in 2017 at Tannadice Park, he had this to say… “I feel I still have a lot to offer a team come a Saturday. I train hard twice a week and can give my all for ninety minutes on a match day. I’m just looking for more regular football away from Broughty and hopefully, a move to another club can help me get that…”
