The draw for the 3rd round of the ETHX ENERGY sponsored Scottish Cup has been made and it’s handed the Fed another away tie, a short trip to local city side Downfield JFC.

Broughty were away from home in the 2nd round, seeing off hosts Johnstone Burgh with a late Jamie McCunnie penalty in a 2-1 win, and the draw see’s the Fed on their travels again, just a couple of miles up the local Kingsway carriageway.

Downfield JFC currently sit in 6th position in their East Region Premier League and will prove very hard opposition for the Fed. The game is scheduled for Saturday 19th November with kick off at 1-45pm.
