Over the coming weeks, BAJFC will be highlighting the club’s new player sponsors with some photos and some words/info about their business/work etc that has sponsored the individual player.

First off we start with Ryan Suttie’s sponsor, Scott Brown, who has a family-run Barber Shop, Brown & Sons Barber Co shop at 29 Strathmartine Road, top of the Hilltown. Scott was kind enough to sponsor Ryan for the season when asked, his sponsorship costs cover the likes of visits to the Physio if needed, the upkeep of the player’s boots etc.

Scott said of his sponsorship towards Ryan…” I’m chuffed to be sponsoring Ryan this season at the Fed. He’s a great lad and friend and he’s doing well with the team. I watched the scores last season and Broughty did well finishing tenth in the league, hopefully, they can finish higher this season, I’ll be watching out every Saturday for the final score.

DSC_0141 (2)As for my business, we have a family-run barber shop at the top of the Hilltown, things are going great and business is good. I’ll just need to get a Saturday afternoon off to come and catch a game sometime and use my new season ticket. Any of the lads are more than welcome in my place for a haircut if needed, a couple already do, including the gaffer, but the more the merrier.

All the very best to Ryan for the season ahead, and to the rest of the players and the club as a whole. It’s great that small business’s like myself can get on board with football clubs in the city, there is plenty of them going about…”

All at BAJFC thank Scott for his sponsorship and wish him all the very best with his business and continued support towards Ryan and the Fed.
