Broughty Athletic are pleased to announce the signing of left winger Chris Liversedge from North Division side Coupar Angus on a two-year deal.
Chris, pictured on the left with Fed manager Jim Finlayson, is Jim’s first new signing for the club since he took over the manager’s role mid-September. Having signed late in the week, Chris managed to make his debut in the 2-2 draw against Broxburn Athletic on Saturday and scored the first goal of the game to put the Fed 1-0 up before being substituted late on in the game for Dayle Robertson.
On his first signing for the club, BAJFC manager Jim Finlayson said… “I’m glad to get Chris in at the club. He’s a good young lad, he has great pace about him. He did well on Saturday against Broxburn and he’ll strengthen the squad and make players around him push for a starting place in the team…”
Everyone at the club welcomes Chris on board and wishes him all the best during his time here playing for the Fed.
