Broughty Athletic JFC are pleased to announce a new partnership between the club and Andrew Suttie of Dundee Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, based in the Monifieth Dental Clinic, 27 High Street, Monifieth.

The club are delighted to sign this exclusive partnership with Andrew. Dundee Physiotherapy are looking to grow the business and as a club, Broughty are continuing to build on the success of the last two seasons, winning promotion to the Super League and sustaining their place finishing tenth last season, so having this partnership in place will hopefully bear fruit for both parties. Broughty manager Keith Gibson is also delighted with this agreement as this will hopefully have his players back on the training pitch sooner rather than later.DSC_0155 (2)

“I’m delighted to welcome Broughty Athletic on board as they are me. I’ve seen it before at sports clubs be it Football or Hockey, where players pick up injuries and without a dedicated club physio, could go weeks without getting treatment due to waiting lists or waiting the clubs approval to access treatment. This partnership allows the players access to Dundee Physiotherapy at an excellent facility at Monifieth Dental Clinic which will allow the players to be seen in less than 72 hours. I’m familiar with a few of the Broughty players and no doubt over the course of the Junior Season, I will meet a few more…”

Andrew Gillespie, Assistant Manager of the Monifieth Dental Clinic, is pictured centre below with Iain Ross and Andrew Suttie, said of the new partnership between BAJFC and Dundee Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic…

“MDC are exceptionally fortunate to have a physiotherapy of Andrew Suttie’s calibre, providing treatments to current and new patients. Andrew’s clinic has become increasingly popular over the last three months, to the extent that we plan to bring forward the start date of a weekend clinic. An official partnership with Broughty Athletic JFC is definitely an exciting step in promoting a first-class service to local athletes and it is a testament to the professionalism of the club that we have managed to organise this agreement so quickly. MDC & Dundee Physiotherapy look forward to welcoming BAJFC players and staff to our clinic…”DSC_0138 (2)
